At the Midlands Paintball Centre we're doing our bit for the environment... and then some! We're doing everything we possibly can to be self sufficient on site, and making the least impact on the environment we can!

Did you know....

• Our toilets on the site are flushed using the rainwater collected from the tops of our shelters!
• We are planting 500 trees on site in addition to the woodlands we maintain for playing paintball, in order to offset our carbon footprint!
• If you adopt a tree at our site, we will give you a free entry to play paintball with us, and receive a personalised certificate of adoption at your visit! We will even be adding a roll of honour to the website, so your name will apear online as an environmentally aware paintballer!
• We are planting apple trees, the apples from which will be available as a free pudding when they're ripe in the autumn!
• We're also planning a vegetable patch, to grow salads for the lunch time burgers!
• We're switching from CO2 powered paintball markers to compressed air, cutting our carbon footprint!
• We plan to use Bio diesel to power our compressor, made from crops grown locally!
• None of our rubbish is sent to landfill, we recycle wherever possible.
• Our paintball coveralls are cold washed to save energy.
• We make as many of our game zones and barricades as we can from natural wood fall in our woodlands, reducing the use of processed materials and transportation.

Everything we do to help us stay green has two effects. Number one is the environment, everyone has to pull together and anything we can do to help the local and global environment, we will, it's everyone's responsibility. Also in this credit crunch economic environment, if we can grow our own produce and fuels, and recycle rainfall to save the use of chemical purification, it helps us keep our prices low and offer you the best in excitement and value!
